Within the 3,800 sqm Romanae Thermal Spa, Abano’s mineral-rich water and mature thermal mud sit alongside personalised assessments, massage and targeted skin treatments. Three naturally heated pools provide plenty of space simply to bathe and unwind, while generous rooms, wonderful Veneto food and five acres of gardens ensure the experience still feels every bit as indulgent as a holiday.

Looking good and feeling well are closely connected — and this programme is designed around both.

Over seven nights, personalised health and skin assessments create the starting point for an intensive week of thermal therapies, massage and targeted beauty treatments. Abano’s mature thermal mud and mineral-rich waters form the foundation, while six massages, body exfoliation, personalised facial treatments and a luxury face or body ritual place visible renewal firmly alongside physical wellbeing.

The approach is comprehensive rather than cosmetic alone: understanding what is happening within the body, caring for the skin and creating time for deep restoration. An oxidative stress blood test measures levels of free radicals and antioxidants, while a detailed facial skin analysis assesses key skin parameters and individual needs. Together, they provide a more informed starting point for the programme’s healthy ageing and skincare treatments.

Thermal Renewal

Anti-Ageing Thermal Mud & Baths
Six applications of Abano’s mature thermal mud are followed by six thermal baths, bringing the region’s long-established fango tradition into a programme focused on ageing well. Warmth, mineral-rich water and thermal mud create a restorative daily ritual that sits at the heart of the week.

Six Personalised Massages
Choose from a range of massage approaches according to your individual needs, including Deep Tissue Method®, Wellness Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology and haemolymphatic drainage. With six massages across the programme, bodywork becomes an integral part of the week rather than an occasional treatment.

Cleansing, Peeling & Facial Treatments
The beauty journey begins with facial cleansing and a body peeling chosen from a selection of treatments. Three further face treatments can then be selected according to your skin’s needs, with options including desensitising, anti-stress and detoxifying treatments.

The Finishing Ritual

Luxury Face & Body Treatment
Complete the programme with one of Romanae Thermal Spa’s luxury rituals. Options include Luxury Hematite, Luxury Silver Face, the Belle Époque Ritual, Bacchus Face and Body Ritual and Jasmine Therapy Ritual, allowing the final treatment to be selected around your individual preferences.

Rooms embrace an exuberant kind of Italian luxury, with Louis XV-style furniture, marble bathrooms, generous proportions and private balconies. Deluxe rooms start at around 53 sqm, while suites provide considerably more room to spread out. For the greatest sense of escape, choose a room overlooking the gardens and thermal pools.
