Overview
Set within the historic Sa Torre estate, Zoëtry Mallorca is a restored 14th-century manor house with its own chapel and windmill. Surrounded by vineyards and gardens, it’s a peaceful setting, with birdsong carrying through leafy courtyards and open spaces. Two outdoor pools sit within the grounds, including one reserved for adults. It feels removed from the island’s busier pace, yet Palma’s bustling action is within easy reach just 15 minutes away by car

    ESTATE
    Ancient courtyards
The original manor house forms part of the historic Sa Torre estate, with a Neo-Gothic chapel and 15th-century windmill still intact. The impressive arched entrance leads into a central courtyard shaded by climbing vines, where time feels like it’s paused. The ancient windmill is lit at night, and the candlelit courtyard becomes a meeting point for drinks with the sound of guitar carrying through the gardens.
    PLACE
    The sun-drenched south
Zoetry is located in the countryside surrounding Llucmajor, a traditional town, with historical architecture and a vibrant weekly market in Plaça d'Espanya. Palma is within easy reach for culture, food and city energy. The nearby coastline offers quieter beaches; Cala Pi is around 15 minutes away, and in summer the hotel runs a shuttle to one of the island's most beautiful beaches, Es Trenc.
    DINING
    Flavours of Mallorca
The hotel offers plenty of dining choices, each with its own menu. At the restaurant by Andreu Genestra, dishes reinterpret traditional Mallorcan flavours with a lighter, more contemporary touch. Elsewhere, more relaxed options range from tapas to Mediterranean plates, often served on softly lit terraces that open into the gardens.
    WELLNESS
    Time to pause
The spa is designed for slower, quieter time. An indoor heated pool sits alongside a Turkish bath scented with eucalyptus, sauna and cooling ice fountain. For relaxation and pampering, the spa team offer a selection of massages and beauty treatments. There is also a small fitness area with exercise bikes, treadmills, free weights and ellipticals.
    Sleep
    Rooms & Suites

Rooms are spread between the restored manor house and surrounding buildings. In the main house rooms have a traditional, heritage-driven feel, while the newer buildings offer a brighter, more contemporary aesthetic. Many rooms also feature private terraces with views of the gardens or countryside.
