Overview
At the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, just outside Pollença, Son Brull is an 18th-century former Jesuit monastery reimagined as a small estate hotel. Its original structure remains — thick stone walls, cloistered courtyards and a calm architectural rhythm that shapes the stay. Set within a working agricultural estate of vineyards, olive groves, citrus trees and vegetable gardens, much of what you eat and drink is grown on the land, including the hotel’s own wine, olive oil and honey. Days move easily between the courtyard, pool and spa, with evenings naturally centred around the table.

SETTIING
A well-placed base
A well-placed base Just outside Pollença, at the foot of the Tramuntana, Son Brull is well positioned for exploring northern Mallorca. The old town is minutes away, while the beaches of Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç are within easy reach, along with the coastline of Cap de Formentor. Walking routes begin nearby in the Tramuntana, with the coast and surrounding towns all within a short drive.
GROUNDS
Among the groves
Among the groves Paths wind through the grounds, linking terraces, gardens and shaded corners. The outdoor infinity pool sits on a terrace facing vineyards and olive groves, with the Tramuntana foothills rising behind. You can lie on a deck by the pool, on white double day beds with soft drapes, looking out across olive and fig trees. Afternoons tend to settle here.
THE ESTATE TABLE
Rooted in the land
Rooted in the land Food is one of Son Brull’s defining pleasures. At Restaurant 3/65, the kitchen works closely with the seasons, using vegetables and herbs from the estate garden alongside produce from nearby farms and fishermen. One tasting menu is entirely plant-led, shaped by what’s growing on the estate. Estate wines sit alongside bottles from Mallorca and mainland Spain. Dinner unfolds slowly — often outdoors — where what’s on the table feels closely tied to the land.
SPA
Open to the landscape
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open the thermal pool out to the surrounding countryside, with mountain views carried through the space. There are three treatment rooms, including one for couples, alongside an indoor heated pool, thermal circuit, cold plunge, hammam and sauna. Treatments can be booked, or you can simply settle into the day beds between dips. Daily yoga classes are held in the studio, with private sessions available, and a small gym is equipped with Technogym essentials.
Sleep
Rooms & Suites

Rooms and suites combine contemporary comfort with the monastery’s original structure — high ceilings, wooden beams and a sense of space throughout. Many look out across the estate or towards the pool, keeping the landscape in view. Soft Egyptian cotton linen and thoughtful details make it easy to settle in, while four villa suites offer two bedrooms, private pools and gardens.
