    PLACE
    130 hectares of Menorca

The farmhouse sits within a preserved stretch of Menorca where farmland, woodland and rocky outcrops shape the landscape. Trails flow through the estate, passing caves, stone formations and higher viewpoints, so there’s plenty to explore without leaving the property. The surrounding countryside feels quiet and open, away from the island’s busier coastal areas. Here, the horizon is mostly land and sky.

    FARM
    A working ecosystem

The farmhouse has been brought back to life as a working farmstead, with a focus on long-term sustainability across food, water and energy. Regenerative agriculture sits at the centre, with crop diversity, soil health and natural cycles shaping how the land is managed. Animals — hens, pigs, donkeys, cows, sheep and bees — are part of that system, helping to maintain balance across the farm. What’s grown here feeds into daily life, forming the foundation of the kitchen and the wider sense of wellbeing.

    PROGRAMME
    A living calendar

A weekly programme shapes the flow of the house. Mornings often begin with yoga or meditation on open-air platforms, while afternoons move between creative workshops, time on the land or guided walks across the estate. Evenings return to shared tables beneath the trees. Throughout the season, visiting chefs, artists and practitioners take up short residencies, bringing new ideas and energy without changing the pace.

    ACTIVITIES
    Creative and restorative

Days open up to a mix of creative, restorative and more active experiences. Artistic workshops, pottery, garden cocktail sessions and aromatherapy invite a sense of play, while yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound healing bring moments of stillness. There’s also space to move — hiking, running and biking across the estate, along with daily farm activities and occasional gatherings. You can dip in and out as you like, with a pace that stays your own.

    TABLE
    From farm to kitchen

Much of the produce comes from the estate, alongside organic, seasonal ingredients sourced across Menorca and delivered fresh each morning. The evening menu is shaped by what’s available — smoked, charred, pickled, dried or simply served as it is — bringing a natural variety to the table. Dishes are designed for sharing, and meals tend to be relaxed and social, with guests gathering easily around the table.

    Sleep
    Rooms & Suites

Fourteen rooms and suites are spread across the restored farmhouse buildings, each with its own character — from private gardens and terraces with outdoor hot tubs to balconies and wide views over the surrounding land. Materials are simple and natural, with clay, stone, reclaimed wood and soft textiles used throughout. The result is calm and understated, with spaces that feel connected to the landscape.
