Overview

Hidden in the Morna Valley near Santa Eulària, Atzaró is one of Ibiza’s best-known countryside fincas — a 300-year-old estate set within 13 hectares of gardens, orange groves and farmland. Whitewashed buildings, palm-lined paths and shaded pergolas create a distinctly Ibizan setting where food, music and gathering are part of the rhythm. In summer, it leans into its social side with long outdoor lunches, events and open-air evenings; in quieter months, it softens into a slower, retreat-like pace.

    PLACE
    Ibiza's quiet valley

Set inland in Ibiza’s fertile Morna Valley, the estate sits between Santa Eulària and the island’s quieter northern coastline. This part of Ibiza moves at a slower pace — orchards, small farms and winding country roads instead of the beach clubs of the south. Beaches and hidden coves are still within easy reach by car, but the setting keeps the finca grounded in the island’s rural heart.

    FOOD
    Estate grown and seasonal

Across its 13 hectares, Atzaró grows organic vegetables and herbs that supply the kitchen, with Mediterranean menus shaped by what’s in season. Dining takes place under palms and vine-covered terraces, and there’s a sense of the estate running through it — oranges from the groves appear across drinks and dishes. It’s generous and social, but always feels relaxed.

    SPA
    A countryside retreat

Atzaró’s extensive spa sits has a hammam, sauna, breezy treatment rooms, a gym and a dedicated yoga shala. Treatments draw on both Eastern and Western techniques, using the hotel’s own organic oils alongside Natura Bissé products. A full schedule of classes includes Pilates, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, as well as breathwork and meditation. A 43-metre outdoor pool stretches through the orchard, with space to swim, rest and spend time between gentle movement.

    GATHERINGS
    Ibiza with soul

Summer brings a curated programme of music, art, open-air cinema, dinners and special events that give the finca its rhythm. The estate regularly hosts cultural and culinary moments, including guest chefs that have included Yotam Ottolenghi, alongside live music evenings and private celebrations. It’s a place that naturally draws people together, yet it never feels overwhelming, even at its most lively.

    SUSTAINABILITY
    Rooted in the land

Sustainability at Atzaró is built into how the estate runs day to day. Much of what you eat is grown on site — with the vegetable garden and orange groves supplying both kitchen and bar. Solar panels provide power, water comes from the wells, and organic waste is composted. The gardens are cultivated without chemical pesticides, supporting local wildlife and keeping a clear connection to the land.

    Sleep
    Rooms & Suites

Twenty individually designed rooms and suites are set across the estate’s historic outbuildings, each with its own sense of space and privacy. Interiors are crisp and contemporary, with whitewashed walls, natural materials and textured fabrics, with splashes of colour from artwork. Many rooms include private terraces or gardens, with some offering fireplaces or private pools. The overall feel is relaxed and comfortable, in keeping with the finca’s character.
