Life by the sea At the heart of the wellness offering is Greece's first Guerlain Spa, bringing the French beauty house's renowned approach to personalised beauty and wellbeing to the Athens Riviera. Treatments are tailored and inspired by the sea, with restorative rituals that leave you feeling refreshed, radiant and restored.
Long lunches and late dinners Food is a real celebration of Mediterranean flavours and fresh, local ingredients. Sharing good meals with good company is at the heart of life at Aesthesis. Lunches that linger and dinners stretch into the night are very much part of the social rhythm that defines the resort.
Bungalows and residences combine retro-inspired details with contemporary comfort, creating spaces that feel both glamorous and welcoming. One&Only Aesthesis is located in Glyfada on the Athens Riviera, approximately 30 minutes by car from Athens International Airport and 20 minutes from central Athens.
Children are welcome, with family-friendly bungalows, residences and experiences available. Dedicated children's facilities and activities are offered throughout the resort.
Relax at the beach club, enjoy treatments at the Guerlain Spa, play tennis or padel, explore the Athens Riviera by boat, visit nearby beaches or discover the cultural highlights of Athens. Experiences can be arranged through your Wellness Traveller concierge.
The Acropolis, Plaka, Cape Sounion, Vouliagmeni Lake and the wider Athens Riviera are all within easy reach of the resort.
The resort was thoughtfully developed within the former Asteria beachfront estate, preserving mature pine groves and restoring one of the Athens Riviera's most iconic coastal settings for future generations.
Your stay is booked with Wellness Traveller. Cancellation and amendment terms vary depending on the room, rate and dates you choose. The terms that apply will be provided before you confirm your booking and detailed on your booking confirmation.
For refundable bookings, Wellness Traveller requires an additional 24 hours' notice before the hotel’s cancellation deadlines, allowing us time to process the cancellation on your behalf.
If your plans change, please email hello@wellnesstraveller.co, quoting your booking reference. Your cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written request.
A £25 administration fee per booking applies where you ask us to make a change or cancellation, in addition to any cancellation charges that apply to your booking. This fee does not apply where you have a statutory right to cancel without charge.
