Thermal Detox

Sometimes feeling lighter begins with simplifying things for a while.

Over seven nights, this structured programme brings together three elements: lighter eating, Abano’s thermal mud and gentle physical activity. A medical consultation and meeting with a dietician provide the starting point, before a week of detox-focused fango, targeted thermal mud treatments and aquagym begins.

The approach is more intensive than a conventional spa break, with treatments focused particularly on the body and silhouette. But there is plenty of pleasure in the process too: warm thermal mud, time in the water and a week away from everyday habits create space to reset and return home feeling refreshed.
