Designed as a 7-night programme, allowing time for comprehensive diagnostics, specialist consultations, targeted detox therapies and meaningful lifestyle integration. Every stay is personalised according to your health profile, clinical findings and wellbeing goals, with your programme continually adapted by ZEM's multidisciplinary team. A longer 14-night programme is also available for guests seeking a deeper therapeutic experience. Full-board Mediterranean dining, unlimited access to the spa, fitness and wellness facilities, and all scheduled group activities are included throughout your stay.
