Additional Information & Cancellation
Cancellation
Your wellness programme is provided by Daios Cove, with Wellness Traveller acting as your booking Agent. The hotel's cancellation and amendment terms apply.
For refundable bookings, Wellness Traveller requires an additional 24 hours' notice before the hotel's cancellation deadlines, allowing us time to process the cancellation on your behalf. Your cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written request.
Daios Cove cancellation terms:
More than 30 days before arrival: no cancellation charge.
30–21 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking value.
20–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value.
13–8 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking value.
7–1 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking value.
No-show: 100% of the total booking value.
If your plans change, please email hello@wellnesstraveller.co, quoting your booking reference.
A £25 administration fee per booking applies where you ask us to make a change or cancellation, in addition to any charges under the hotel's terms. This fee does not apply where you have a statutory right to cancel without charge.
If you'd like to add extra treatments or experiences to your programme, please get in touch. We won't charge an administration fee for making these additions, although the provider's charges for any additional services will apply.
