Sometimes the body tells you when it’s time to slow down.

Designed particularly for those whose everyday lives involve too much sitting, stress and accumulated tension, this seven-night programme combines Abano’s thermal traditions with massage, movement and restorative beauty treatments.

Six days of mature thermal mud and warm thermal bathing create the foundation, while a full massage each day allows you to choose the kind of bodywork you need most. Aquagym adds gentle movement in the water, while four cosmetic treatments bring an extra element of care and renewal.

Medically assisted and tailored around you, it’s a week designed to help you step away from everyday strain, recharge your batteries and return home feeling restored.

Six Personalised Massages

Four Cosmetic Treatments

Move in Water

Group Aquagym
Group aquagym takes place in the thermal pool from Monday to Saturday, introducing gentle movement into the week and providing an active counterpoint to the programme’s mud, bathing and massage rituals.

Pause & Replenish

Restorative Herbal Infusion
A health-restoring herbal infusion complements the programme, adding another small moment of pause to a week deliberately designed around slowing down and recovering.

Rooms & Suites

Classic Italian Elegance
Rooms and suites reflect the hotel’s traditional character, with classic furnishings, rich fabrics and generous layouts. Many look across the private park, thermal pools or the streets of Abano Terme, while selected rooms have their own balcony or terrace. Comfortable and reassuringly traditional, they provide a restful base between treatments and long hours spent in the thermal waters.
