We often invest in our health based on how we feel. But many of the things that shape our long-term wellbeing aren't necessarily things we can see or sense ourselves.
ZEM's Signature Health Check-Up is designed for those who want to look deeper. Over four nights, an extensive series of diagnostic tests and specialist assessments examines different aspects of your health, from cardiovascular and metabolic health to body composition, bone health, cognition, vision and hearing. Initial and final Bio-Integrative Medicine consultations help bring those different insights together, alongside nutritional and functional-age assessments.
This is an advanced medical screening programme rather than a traditional wellness retreat. All medical investigations are provided and clinically supervised by ZEM Wellness Clinic and are subject to individual medical assessment and suitability.

The Signature Health Check-Up takes place over a minimum of four nights and is designed for guests seeking a comprehensive assessment of their current health.
This is an advanced medical screening programme, bringing together a wide range of diagnostic investigations within a highly personalised four-night experience. ZEM’s medical team oversees your programme, with individual tests and assessments guided by your personal health profile and clinical suitability.
Wellness Traveller will help you plan your programme and wider stay at ZEM, while ZEM's medical team will guide you through the clinical aspects of your experience, including the suitability and delivery of individual investigations.

Programme price excludes accommodation. Room rates vary according to room category and season.
Additional Information & Cancellation
Cancellation
Your wellness programme is provided by ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea, with Wellness Traveller acting as your booking Agent. ZEM's cancellation and amendment terms apply.
For refundable bookings, Wellness Traveller requires an additional 24 hours' notice before ZEM's cancellation deadlines, allowing us time to process the cancellation on your behalf.
ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea cancellation terms:
At least 14 days before arrival: cancellation without charge.
Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking value applies.
Between 7 days and 1 day before arrival: a cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking value applies.
No-shows: charged at 100% of the total booking value.
Changes made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a €500 charge.
If your plans change, please email hello@wellnesstraveller.co, quoting your booking reference.
A £25 Wellness Traveller administration fee per booking applies where you ask us to make a cancellation, in addition to any charges under ZEM's terms. This fee does not apply where you have a statutory right to cancel without charge.
If you'd like to add extra treatments or experiences to your programme, please get in touch. We won't charge an administration fee for making these additions, although the provider's charges for any additional services will apply.
