Gentle Cleanse is designed for exactly those moments, combining a structured nutritional reset with daily yoga, time in nature and the steady rhythm of life at MasQi.
The stay begins with three days of broths, smoothies and herbal infusions before gradually introducing a semi-detox macrobiotic menu. Daily yoga supports circulation and body awareness, while the quiet pace of the farmhouse allows the body to focus on recovery and renewal.
Everything unfolds at a gentle pace. Days are shaped by nourishing food, daily movement and plenty of time to rest, allowing the body and mind to settle naturally. You leave feeling lighter, clearer and more energised, with simple habits that are easy to carry home.

With only a small number of rooms, MasQi feels intimate and personal. Rooms are simple, uncluttered and deeply quiet, with natural materials, muted colours and views across woodland or gardens. The atmosphere encourages rest from the moment you arrive.
Designed around a 7-night stay, allowing time to experience both the liquid cleansing phase and the gradual transition into the semi-detox macrobiotic menu.
Shorter 3 and 5-night stays are available, alongside extended 10, 14 and 21-night programmes for those seeking a deeper reset.
Every stay is personalised according to your goals, pace and wellbeing priorities.
Arrival transfers included for stays of 5 nights or more.
Optional therapies and extended wellness protocols are available at supplementary cost.

Your wellness programme is provided by MasQi, with Wellness Traveller acting as your booking Agent. The hotel's cancellation and amendment terms apply.
MasQi cancellation terms:
More than 8 weeks before arrival: 15% of the total booking value.
8–6 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total booking value.
6–4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total booking value.
4–2 weeks before arrival: 75% of the total booking value.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total booking value.
For refundable bookings, Wellness Traveller requires an additional 24 hours' notice before the hotel's cancellation deadline, allowing us time to process the cancellation on your behalf. Your cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written request.
If your plans change, please email hello@wellnesstraveller.co, quoting your booking reference.
A £25 administration fee per booking applies where you ask us to make a change or cancellation, in addition to any charges under the hotel's terms. This fee does not apply where you have a statutory right to cancel without charge.
If you'd like to add extra treatments or experiences to your programme, please get in touch. We won't charge an administration fee for making these additions, although the provider's charges for any additional services will apply.
